We have partnered with the conference venue and several nearby hotels to offer discounted rates for conference attendees. You can book your stay through Infomed International for Events SARL. Any requests to modify or cancel your registration must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat. Applicable cancellation policies and deadlines are outlined separately under the “Cancellation Policy” section in the ' Terms and Conditions ' page. Cancellations received before February 25, 2026, will be eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee; a 10% administrative fee will be retained.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after February 25, 2026.
