Registration Guideline

The following guideline assists you in how to complete your registration form correctly and avoid conflicting selections.

– Each Registration Form allows one Delegate Pass only.
Please ensure you select the correct category from the available options (Professional, Young Professional, or Student).
Trying to add more than one will result in an error.

– You may also add optional passes to your form, including:

• Accompanying Person (strictly one)
• Conference Dinner (add multiple passes by clicking “Add to Form” more than once)
• Workshop Sessions
  • Check the workshop schedule. Some sessions may be overlapping. You cannot register for more than one workshop per time slot, as this will result in an error.

• • Workshop Pass Eligibility
    Professional & Young Professional Delegates may only register for Regular Pass.
    Student Delegates may only register for Student Pass.

– In case of an error, please review or edit your selections directly in the Passes Added to Form box (on the right side for desktop, or at the bottom of the page on mobile).

– You can register for additional or optional passes at any time after completing your initial Delegate Registration. Once you log in to your account, you can view your completed registrations under the “Form(s)” tab. Each new form will generate a separate invoice.
