Kindly do not delay your submission to allow the scientific committee to conduct its review in due time.
General Information
- Abstracts can be written in English or in French.
- The title must be brief, concise and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- The abstract text should have a maximum of 300 words only.
- At least one of the authors must register and attend the conference in person.
- Every abstract will be reviewed by the chair of the scientific committee and sent to at least 2 reviewers based on a double-blind review process.
- Upon acceptance by the reviewers, the authors will be notified to submit either an extended abstract or a full paper for peer review in an indexed journal.
- Extended abstracts must be 2 to 4 pages including figures, tables, and references.
- Full papers must be at least 10 pages including figures, tables, and references.
