Delegate Registration

Choose your Delegate Pass, and add other Optional passes: Accompanying Person, Conference Dinner, and Workshop Sessions.

Already registered for a Delegate Pass only and want to add Optional Passes?
For post-registrations, you can log in at any time to add Conference Dinner, Workshops, or Accompanying Person Passes. Each new addition will create a separate form ID and invoice. All registrations can be viewed under the “Form(s)” tab when you log in to your account.

Registration Guide

  • Each Registration Form allows one Delegate Pass only. Please ensure you select the correct category from the available options (Professional, Young Professional, or Student). Trying to add more than one will result in an error.
  • You may also add optional passes to your form, including:
    • Accompanying Person (strictly one)
    • Conference Dinner (add multiple passes by clicking “Add to Form” more than once)
    • Workshop Sessions (please check the timings, as some sessions may be overlapping)
  • In case of an error, please review or edit your selections directly in the Passes Added to Form box (on the right side for desktop, or at the bottom of the page on mobile).
  • Already registered for a Delegate Pass only and want to add Optional Passes?

  • If you select Credit Card as your payment method, the payment must be completed during the registration session. If you leave or exit the final checkout step, your registration will not be saved, and you will need to restart the process and re-enter all details.

PROFESSIONALS are mid-career and senior engineers, consultants, academics, etc.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS are in the early stages of their careers, under the age of 35.

Delegates may register one accompanying person at a discounted rate.

The accompanying person will enjoy access to the welcome reception, coffee breaks, and lunches throughout the conference. One guided full day touristic tour is also included in their pass.

  • Check the workshop schedule. Some sessions may be overlapping. You cannot register for more than one workshop per time slot, as this will result in an error.

    • Student Delegates may only register for Student Pass.
